Easy to swallow on its own in a spoon – the flavor is quite light, although I don’t mix it with anything else. It’s also a big size and definitely takes a while to get through everything. I haven’t really discerned such a difference, but I take it more as a preventative and for brain health rather than for immediate joint issues.
