Whey protein concentrate 32%, milk protein concentrate 32%, whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecitins (soy)] 11%, glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac tuber) (contains sulphur dioxide) 8,6%, thickener (xanthan gum), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavourings, salt, sweetener (sucralose).
Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended use:
Mix 1 serving (35 g = 3 heaped tablespoons) powder with 250 ml water in a shake. Cool it for a couple of minutes and consume it in 3 portions in 1 day. Drink a huge glass of water with it
