Very high quality and powerful MULTI. These contain no fillers or binders, which I really appreciate. As a vegan, a good MULTI is a great comfort, and one in the morning gives me peace of mind. Added enzymes and antioxidants ensure higher bioavailability and absorption of nutrients. Easy to take and I really like the Garden of Life brand, a certified B company.

Didn’t realize these vitamins were all made with brewers yeast when purchased. That has caused some stomach upset for me. For people without a yeast sensitivity, I assume these work well.

Before starting this vitamin, I was severely fatigued and hungry all the time, but now between taking this and using Goli ACV gummies I have the energy to do anything I want to and no longer have to eat all the time!!! I also I discontinued the use mostly if my anxiety meds, which could also have lessened my fatigue. I have my body and my life back. Also do not take these before bedtime or else you won’t be able to settle down to go asleep!!

The packaging is dark glass and has no taste. In the picture you can see the daily portion, I take it twice a day. Very pleased with this multivitamin, especially being non-GMO with the addition of all real raw food blends. However, I found out that you need to take 4 tabs a day after purchase, I prefer my supplements to be 1 a day or at least twice a day. However, I have no doubt that this is a quality Garden of Life supplement.
