Recommended use:

I love this CoQ10 product. If you want a healthy heart and healthy skin, you need this supplement. I prefer the liquid form as I take a lot of supplements, it’s more convenient if I can mix a few things in my drink and have it all at once rather than taking dozens of pills. use several Trace Minerals products and trust the brand. The tangerine flavor of this Liquid CoQ10 is sweet and pleasant. The dropper doesn’t work very well in the bottle I received, so using the dropper to measure 1 tsp isn’t very effective. I ended up pouring the liquid into a teaspoon to measure out a dose. I wanted to try this brand to compare to Qunol CoQ10. Although I’m not sure if either brand has a positive effect on my health, I think Qunol is more cost effective, especially since I take doses of 200-300mg per day at the instead of 100 mg. I’m also not sure if one brand is better than another, but I sometimes have trouble swallowing bulky pills, tablets, and capsules, so I buy liquid forms of supplements when possible, and there are not many options.
