Ionic Trace Minerals (ITM), Chloride (from ITM), Magnesium (from ITM), Selenium (Sodium Selenate)
Other ingredients:
Purified water, non-GMO citric acid, potassium benzoate (for freshness).
Recommended use:
Shake well. Using the metered dropper, take 1.25 ml daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor.

I really like having a liquid form of selenium that is quickly absorbed by my body. It has a strong flavor but I don’t notice it because I usually put it in a shot glass with some grapefruit juice. I do a few other things but find my cravings are less. I also take it with copper to help improve my energy.

If you know, you know! It has helped me so much with my energy! I put half a serving in my water in the morning and later in the day as recommended. I also took a zinc supplement and I truly believe the two are what helped me get my energy from 1 to 7. I feel normal for the first time in months. have good hair, probably too good; they are long, smooth, shiny and firm, like carbon-plated threads, twice as thick as an average person and so much too heavy to stay in the skin. So I have always lost them since childhood. Floors, clothes, food, literally everything and everywhere was covered by my hair (long, short…it doesn’t matter). However, I started selenium for other health reasons and this liquid was one of many different forms. But suddenly I discovered that there is no more “hair loss” with this product. Then I tested it, with other selenium (in tablet form) and with 2 weeks of deprivation and the hair loss came back. It worked with my friend who struggled with eyelash loos, while other types of selenium were not effective. So anyway, it seems that this liquid form is more accessible than the powder or tablet form. Currently, I am just continuing this product as a daily supplement.

Selenium is such an important mineral for the immune system and the soils are very depleted. Brazil nuts are another way to take it, but most of the ones I buy have already started going rancid, they have to be fresh brazil nuts or you’re consuming rancid oils. I prefer to take selenium in a liquid rather than a tablet as it avoids the fillers.
