   Very good because the trace elements are there to replenish the body. I don’t feel thirsty or headache if I take this because if I don’t have food I will usually get headaches but after taking this I don’t have headaches anymore. Excellent for body balance! Highly recommend.

   I live in Dubai and the water here is of the worst quality. Most of the bottled water here is just filtered gulf water with no minerals. I calculated that if I bought bottled mineral water from a reputable brand, it would cost me $130 per month. While these drops last me 3 months by putting them in filtered water. The total cost of water per month drops to $37 per month. It’s a good thing. Also, it makes water soft to the touch, just like expensive mineral water. I highly recommend it to everyone.

   Trace Minerals is great. I drink filtered, reverse osmosis etc. etc. water which takes out all the good with the bad. This adds the good back into my diet. I’ve had multiple doctors and health practitioners encourage me to continue taking it. I add 20 drops to 16 oz water and I’m good to go. There is a subtle taste, the more drops the more it is there. I’ve gotten used to it but prefer no more than 20 drops at a time.

   drop it to mix with collagen, drop it into the mask, and drop it into the water to wash my face. Amazing benefits, my skin looks healthy and glowing!! It can be used as supplements and skin care. Minerals are great for skin good ingredients taste is ok maybe I mix it with collagen and juice. It can drop into a glass and drink with water to take fresh mineral water but I haven’t tried it yet. Well, I’m going to buy a large size bottle. Great quality

   I’ve had so many bottles of it that it’s a staple in my house. Whenever I feel the slightest flu or sore throat symptoms or just general illness, I mix 7-10 drops in a small glass of water and gargle. It works wonders and stops pathogens in their tracks. I can’t stand the undiluted taste so I have to mix it with my water.

   I use 2 drops in a glass of water or 3 drops in 500ml of water. I don’t take it daily, but when I do I can taste it and it definitely supplements me with the trace minerals we need for optimal health. The bottle size is small, so it’s great if you want to pack it for travel and short breaks, or even to carry on every day.

    This is a fantastic and easy solution to our mineral depleted soils and water, I live in Australia. It’s good, almost good. I just add 5 drops to every glass of water I have. I noticed a big decrease in general pain in my muscles and joints and started to sleep better. It is also very gentle on the stomach, which I know as I suffer from leaky gut (IBS).

    Perfect addition for the whole family. So many benefits to take this, and it’s multi-use; you can add it to your drinks or food (not too much because the taste is not good). Add to water and water your plants, as this also helps the plants. The quality is definitely there, I will come back to this brand more often.

    This seems like a great electrolyte product to add to water of other drink, but I can’t tolerate the taste – salty yet bitter. Instead I dissolve some “Real Salt” in warm water.

    I bought these 2 small bottles on sale to see if I like it or not. I ended up buying a bigger bottle because I like it. I always mix a few drops in my refilled water at work. It makes it taste better and I think it’s healthier. It’s a great travel bottle, good to take wherever you go!
