Recommended use:
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel two times per day with food and water for the first two weeks. Take one softgel per day with food and water thereafter.

This is an affordable product from Swanson’s. The easy-to-take capsule is the perfect size. There is no aftertaste. I take it to support my cardiovascular system.
