This product really works for me. What I mean is that when I get sick with a cold or some other infection and then after taking a pill a day (because I’m not a fan of taking a lot of pills) it seems improve my immunity, and I start feeling better very quickly after taking this supplement. I’ve searched online and this medicinal mushroom is thought to have some beneficial properties to boost the immune system, but not overly boost it (but anyone with an overactive immune system or autoimmune conditions should be careful or not take any at all – in my opinion). Also for people with hyperthyroidism it might not be the best supplement. But sometimes when I have a cold or flu it seems to work for me.
