   I have taken these supplements from many different manufacturers over the years. This one, for some reason, feels like it’s doing its job after taking it.

   usually buy the “planetary herbs” brand because they say their “Full Spectrum(TM)” so I thought they must be the best. On a whim, I gave them a chance because Swason is half the price of planetary herbs. All the ingredients of both look alike. I would say these are just as good. But who knows, maybe the “Full Spectre” shape of other brands is better or maybe it’s just a marketing gimmick. The cheap price always scares me like my dad always taught me “You get what you pay for.” But I think in this supplement industry, that’s not ALWAYS true, but it usually depends on the supplement you buy. Thorne is my favorite, but they don’t make many other things, like pumpkin seed oil, which I order. TL;DR: Seems good quality and good price. I get this for my dad for his prostate issues and the benefits of pumpkin seed oil on the prostate and having to “pee all the time” especially at night according to my dad. It is also good for hair growth, inflammation, heart, etc. So it’s also a bonus even though my dad uses it for prostate problems. I sometimes also take it just “the devil” and because they say it’s good for hair, inflammation, kidneys, prostate etc.

   Will repurchase. You get a good amount for the price! I take it twice a day to promote hair growth due to hair loss after being sick with the virus. I take after eating. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.

   took pumpkin seeds to help with hair growth, and I’m pretty sure it works. It’s hard to say exactly since I do a mix of things to regrow my hair after experiencing excessive creatine loss. Overall no bad taste or burping, and I like taking it with omega 3 fish oil. My hair is much thicker after taking it for the 5-6 last months.

   Pumpkin oil maintains a healthy heart, helps reduce inflammation, calms the nervous system, helps balance hormones, and maintains healthy skin and hair. Personally, I have been using it for a long time due to an enlarged prostate with Saw Palmetto.

    I use it for any signs of urinary problems as a man. Good quality and quick effect. In association with Saw palmetto (male) in case of inflammation.
