trust the quality and ingredients of all Solgar supplements above any other brand. This vitamin C has the perfect high mg dosage to support immunity and helps with other collagen supplements I take with it. I didn’t notice any stomach upset or bad taste that I usually get with vitamins. The size of the pills is a little big but still easy to swallow one by one.

used to take the one with lower potency, the 1000mg and decided to increase the dosage to boost my immunity because I get sick easily. So far it’s easy on the stomach and I have GERD, but the downside is the size of the pills, it’s too big for me, and sometimes I feel like they’re stuck in my esophagus, but I drink lots of water after that, and it goes away. One of the good things about it is that it doesn’t taste or smell weird!

they are very good but huge and i can’t swallow them so i put a pill in iced tea a few hours before i want to take one – and that’s how i take it – i usually take one a day when i remember – when i am consistent i have fewer allergies and illnesses but i am not always consistent…..but i have better health when i remember to take all the days ……
