Recommended use:
As a food supplement for adults, 2 tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I have been using this product for 10 years. It really helps with restless leg syndrome. It worked best at the 400 mg smaller bottles than this 420mg in the larger bottles. I don’t understand why you would change the formulation of the product when it was so good. This higher dose of magnesium now causes irritation in my GI track. I truly wish you would go back to the old formula.

I have used this product consistently for many, many years. However, I am reactively negatively to the recent reformation. I am not sure what had changed, but I never had an issue with the old product. Not sure why there was a change when it was such a wonderful product in the past! Please return to the old formulation! This re-formulation was triggered due to changes in the recommended Daily Value (DV) % set forth by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). In order to meet the 100% DV recommendation for magnesium, this formula needed to meet the new threshold of 420 mg set forth by the NIH.
