The tablets are small and quite easy to swallow. They have no specific taste or smell. They do not cause me any gastrointestinal problems. I usually take one tablet right after eating. The quality of the product is really high and its biggest advantage is that it is methylfolate, which is the active form of folic acid. Especially good for people with genetic mutations. Works well, and a good dosage per tablet. I always take it with methylcobalamin because they work together so you can deplete your b12 levels if you only take folate (folate helps to use b12)

really recommend! Like! The pill is also very small and not difficult to swallow. I do, however, dip it in honey as it is sometimes a little bitter to swallow, especially if you are bad at swallowing pills.
