Choline 350 mg Vegetable Capsules contain Choline, a macronutrient which plays an important role in the liver function and maintaining a healthy metabolism.
Choline is a water-soluble micronutrient which is related to other vitamins such as those in the B Vitamin complex. Similar as to the B Vitamins, Choline supports the process of metabolising nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats into energy. Transporting fat, both cholesterol and triglycerides, from the liver to the cells in the body also requires choline and it is responsible for keeping the liver clear from fat build-up.
Choline makes up the structural component of fat, and can therefore be found in food sources which naturally contain fats, such as liver, oily fish, legumes and beef.
Choline 350 mg comes in a vegetable capsule form and with the dose of 1-3 capsules a day, it will contribute to:

If you have intestinal problems, like me, this is useful for you. Especially when you are going to have problems with your gallbladder. If you have fatty deposits and colic this will help. But it takes time, it won’t solve everything overnight, it may take months and months but in the end it will get you there. I prefer that to an operation because you don’t have a gallbladder for nothing. So be patient and use it. Time will tell us.
