Its good. It’s not really “mini” because the tablets are normal sizes. I like that each serving is split into 3 tablets, though. Good if I don’t want to take the whole dose daily.

like the idea of taking vitamins in small doses throughout the day. IMO this helps with absorption. But most brands on the market make multi-vitamins in a big pill, which not only is hard to swallow, but sometimes makes me vomit after taking them. I don’t understand why, but I take this brand very well.

Unlike many multi-vitamins, these are easy to swallow due to their slim profile. To get the full dose you need to take three a day – I take one with every meal. An excellent combination of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial components of real food for people of a certain age!

These are great multivitamins for 50+ especially if you already have too much iron. They don’t contain any iron. Also, a good amount of calcium to get you toward your daily requirement. And the other vitamins inside these are just what we need.

This is a great all-around vitamin that is unrivaled in it’s components as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, it’s has been out of stock for many months and I’ve had to order other Rainbow Light multivitamins to fill in. Any other formulation requires extra supplementation to receive the same doses of the individual ingredients. Please bring this formulation back!!
