Ingredients:
L-Glutamine, Taurine, Vit. B6

Other ingredients:
L-glutamine (69,6%); taurine (17,4%); capsule shell (gelatine; colour – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0,04%).

Recommended use:
Wash down a serving of the product – 4 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings a day.
On workout days:
1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving immediately after workout, 3th serving at bedtime.
On non-workout days:
1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3th serving at bedtime.
