I’ve been using it for years and I love it! I take it as soon as I wake up with a glass of water on an empty stomach. I also use it to make my yogurt. I just empty 1 capsule for about 500 ml of milk and mix well. and just leave it in a warm place for 24 hours. it makes a nice yogurt. I have tried many other brands, but this is the only one that works the best. I love this brand and I have complete confidence.
