great combo of Vit D and Vit K. Plus it comes as a liposomal spray – that means it’s easy to take no matter where you are (you don’t need water to take it ) and it’s a good bioavailable form that supposedly raises your serum Vit D levels faster.

This oral spray of vitamins D3 and K2 is absorbed much better than pills. I use this product to help with bone health and immune system function. The taste is delicious and the ingredients are top quality. I love the spray because I can adjust the dosage to my specific needs and it’s one less capsule to swallow.

Simple and quality ingredients! and the perfect size to take home or travel (fits easily in a purse or makeup bag). I love the taste, like cherry jelly. I’m very low on vitamin D and I’m glad this formula contains K2 for better absorption!

A high quality product. I did a blood test before taking this one. Then after a month of spraying it I re-tested and the levels were increased (which didn’t happen with another different brand). So of course it has an effect. In terms of taste, it’s too sweet for me, but I guess that’s a personal preference.

I really like the NOWS brand and find it to be excellent quality as well as ingredients. It would be nice to have a bigger size. We use this liposomal spray 7 months without sun a year. Adults and children use the same dosage, it has a great orange flavor and high absorption too. A very effective one – I do blood tests and see the difference it makes, and my vitamin D level goes up. Important for the immune system, Comfy sie and package -we take it with us when we travel.
