buy lecithin of this brand for the third time. I take it to thin my bile. It works perfectly for me. As for dosage, I personally take one capsule with my breakfast which always includes healthy fats. Lecithin is a fantastic source of choline which is really good for our liver. Sunflower lecithin reduces excess LDL cholesterol, called bad cholesterol, and promotes the synthesis of HDL cholesterol, HDL is called good cholesterol. The size of the capsules is a little big but you can swallow them easily as they are smooth. I am very pleased with the quality of this product and highly recommend it.

This is a good substitute for phosphatidyl choline without the soy! The softgels are long but they slide right down with no problems. I sometimes do have problems with other big pills.
