I seem to feel the effects of this milk thistle capsule more strongly than other supplements that are powder capsules. I decided to try this new product. It’s much easier to swallow when it’s a capsule. I also give 1 softgel/day to my golden retriever, because thick medications are quite toxic. she swallows it very easily 🙂 i have problems with my gallbladder and they have gone away while i am using this! I can’t function properly without silymarin hahaha UPDATE: I came to order another bottle but the price change is drastic…I will be ordering another product.
