For Skin: Apply daily as desired.
For Hair: Pour a small amount into palm of hand and thoroughly massage into clean, wet hair, rinsing afterwards. Or add several drops to your favorite hair care products for softer, more radiant hair.
Warnings:
Oil may crystallize and separate. Before using either shake well or run under warm water until crystals disappear.

I recommend it for post-menopausal hair. Yes, your hair changes too. Mine became dry and less shiny. I put a small amount on the length and then I also use the Andalou Shea Butter Conditioner. You have to shake it, and there are particles in it, but they wash out. My hair is less dry and waves better again!
