   Now brand selenium is of high quality and at an excellent price. The size of this capsule is small and much easier to swallow than dry tablets sold by other companies. The ingredients are yeast free. I love this product and would order it again as it is an essential mineral that I need daily

   It is an essential mineral for immune support. I rely on this as well as NAC which is a precursor to L-GLutathion, the most important antioxidant in the human body. So far I haven’t caught Covid-19 without vaccines of any kind. Boosting immunity is a better option than vaxx. I do alot of other things to boost immunity…….other herbal remedies…..This is now a good reliable brand that I often go to when given some supplementation choices.

   Truly a high quality and powerful selenium supplement with an incredibly affordable price. I have been taking selenium for several years as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism with my mother. And this selenium formula from NOW Foods is a great option for us because this amount really lasts a long time for me and my mom, and it’s better quality than the local store bought analogs we have. That being said, if you are also having problems with your thyroid, you should definitely consider taking selenium, as it is one of the most crucial micronutrients for the thyroid gland and the production of its hormones. Not to mention the amount of strong antioxidant properties it has. So on that note, def 5 stars from me) PS don’t forget to thumbzzz upp⭐️ if you find my review helpful)

   This is also taken to help with immune support I will give you an example of how good this product is I had two kids in middle school and one kid in elementary at one point my middle school kids came home and said that everyone in the school had a cough or cold even the teachers apart from them so great quality runs a small so its easy to swallow the packaging as well the ingredients are top quality i love everything NOW the vitamins

   This company all the supplement experiences i have had with it are good so far the size is good also contains 180 capsules there is no taste since you have to swallow it the fruit ingredient sea and nuts if you’re not a huge seafood fan now you have the replacement

   Smells horrid compared to other selenium supplements I have tried. Makes me gag when trying to swallow. Leaves bad smell in my nose as well as a smelly burp.

   used to take selenium as an athlete for metabolic support, it has been a few years since I took this supplement. My workout routine has changed and I think this supplement has a place to support my nutrition and training right now. It’s always been easy to take, just 1 capsule a day with a meal, and I’ve never experienced any side effects.

   used to supplement with brazil nuts for my selenium, but it’s getting too hard to find natural ones that haven’t gone rancid. So I chose to get my selenium this way via a capsule until I could find good brazil nuts. We have virtually no helium left in our soil and selenium is an essential part of supporting the immune system.

    By using this product, I have found that it has no side effects on digestion and I think he benefits from it. My symptoms are gradually decreasing. The package is economical and sufficient for several days since I take two per day. Premium quality is shared as information among users and that’s how I found out about this brand. .     use selenium – 200mg once a day in the early morning – as part of my base stack and the NOW Foods Selenium product is the best value from a trusted brand I have found. I used to get selenium as part of a multivitamin, but want to control the quality and dosage of selenium more closely by taking it separately from a source I’ve relied on over the years .
