FINALLY found a SAME pill I can take! My town always sold 200mg enteric coated pills which I tried to take at any local CVS pharmacy I went to. I was in dopamine withdrawal by week three, had no SAMe. I ordered them and they arrived FOUR days later!! Mad!! These were so easy to take and so much easier to take than any enteric coated tablet I have struggled with, this is my favorite SAMe pill now! The pills are relatively easy to swallow and tasteless. Mood swings, depression or anxiety may start to show. These seem to be high quality supplements overall.

it was probably on my mistake of not doing enough research and thinking it wouldn’t affect me much, but I’m on antidepressants (I think I was on sertraline or escitalopram), my heart rate went up was speeding up, I had diarrhea, etc. hospitalized but i felt so overwhelmed with everything i would advise taking it if you are on other medications especially ssris it is quality ingredients for sure and a size for the capsule but do your research or you could be hospitalized. see a doctor.

It’s great for the atmosphere. It also has a quick effect. Taking just 200mg, I notice an improvement in mood after 4-5 hours. I have been taking it with ssri for 6 months. For me SSRIs alone are not enough for my depression and that’s why I take Same in addition. It really helped my depression. The only warning is not to take too much to avoid serotonin syndrome..!!
