Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), natural Inulin (FOS) (Fructooligosaccharides) and Guar Gum.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1-2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily between meals as needed.

Ideal for IBS-D. Very powerful. I struggle with loose stools, really bad urgency, etc. for years, and have tried ibgard peppermint capsules, as well as oil of oregano and tincture of wormwood, but it doesn’t help as much as this supplement. I used to be very skeptical about taking yeast because it is yeast, but it is well absorbed by the digestive system. I take it with bacillus coagulans and they work well together to reduce diarrhea. I also take slippery elm and marshmallow root. Together they work so well that I got constipated, instead of my usual diarrhea. Not in bad taste. Ideal for the intestine. Good quality and is definitely absorbed. The size is fine and the ingredients are real. Love the perks!

Saccharomyces Boulardii is a type of probiotic yeast. It is useful for certain types of diarrhea and indigestion problems, such as antibiotic-related diarrhea and traveler’s diarrhea. It colonizes the intestines and protects the microbiome from pathogens. There are several clinical trial results available online if you want more information. I used it for giardiasis and to protect the gut when taking antibiotics. It was very effective. Digestion returned to normal within a few days and it did not cause constipation. The capsule size is not too big. It was easy to swallow with a little water on an empty stomach (for maximum absorption) and left no aftertaste. NOW’s products are generally high quality with good ingredients and this is no exception. The packaging of this supplement is not too big (it is tall and narrow) and it has a flip cap. I chose to store it in the refrigerator, to retain maximum potency. The only issue I have with this product is the price. I think it’s a bit expensive. In summary, I find this product beneficial and I recommend it.

Use it as part of a cleansing regimen (with grapefruit seed extract and probiotics) and still use it occasionally while traveling. It’s great for any stomach issues caused by candida or infections and it’s a must have for your intestinal first aid kit when digestive issues arise while on vacation (use it with GSE and probiotics for best results). Capsule size: small and easy to swallow, tasteless. Note that it doesn’t have the exact same effect as probiotics, you’ll also need them for better gut health.
