Quercetin (from quercetin dihydrate), Vitamin C (from Magnesium Ascorbate), Nettle Extract (Urtica dioica) (Leaf), Bromelain (2400GDU/g), Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Pantothenic Acid (from calcium pantothenate), Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate and D-Calcium Pantothenate), Magnesium (from Magnesium Ascorbate), Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine HCl), Zinc (from L-OptiZinc Monomethionine)
Other ingredients:
Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose), Vegetarian Coating, Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 3 tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Persons with sensitive stomachs may take with food.

The tablet is large and therefore difficult to swallow. But it soothes and calms my allergies. I take 1 capsule 3 times a day whenever my allergic rhinitis occurs. Has an acquired taste and smell.

bought this product for my son and the ingredients and quality of this product have been very beneficial for his hay fever. He had a dose of 1 tablet 3 times a day for 2 weeks but now finds that 1 tablet a day is enough. He doesn’t care about the taste, but finds the size a bit large so he uses a pill cutter. A very good quality supplement.
