think the quality is good and also the ingredients have 10 kinds of pro biotics and the size is good and the taste is not bad. The package is good too. I take for 3 months before bed and it’s helpful for my gut health, nutrient absorption and to regulate your poo routine if you have constipation issues it might help but I also recommend cutting gluten because it is the worst enemy of constipation.
