am not pregnant, but I take these prenatal vitamins to improve my overall health, as many “women’s multivitamins” do not contain adequate amounts of certain vitamins and minerals. I feel like they’ve helped my energy levels stay higher and more consistent (thanks to the b vitamins) and I’m also reassured by the presence of folate, choline and iron for the menstrual cycle and to prepare for pregnancy.
