My cardiologist recommended taking PQQ as a carrier for cardiovascular support and mitochondrial biogenesis. Unlike several other brands, this one contains a large dose of B12 [1000mcg], which is usually higher than most recommended doses. Around 30mg of CoQ10 is also included, which is better than nothing, but not very high compared to the doses available in CoQ10 tablets, which are usually around 200mg. I found this brand perfectly suited to my needs. Easy to swallow as it is a small capsule. I have also been taking NOW supplements for many years and the quality has always been good and good value for money.

Soothing and nourishing for the skin. It is greasy but eventually penetrates. The smell is not bothersome. I find it’s best to apply after a toner and moisturizer to help seal it all in.
