Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) is a member of the B-complex family of vitamins and is found in nearly every living cell as a component of Coenzyme A (CoA). CoA is essential for the generation of energy from fat, carbohydrate, and protein. It also plays a critical role in many biosynthetic reactions as well, being necessary for the production of fats, cholesterol, neurotransmitters, red blood cells, and adrenal secretions. As such, Pantothenic Acid is vital for countless cell functions and the maintenance of healthy cellular metabolism.

Tried this year 2020 for acne After watching so many great reviews on YouTube. Although I use it with other supplements and skin care products, I don’t know which one cleared my acne at the time. But I believe it helped much faster. And now that my acne is back, I take tretinoin and retinol (alternating) from time to time as I sometimes overdo it and cause irritation. have a bad case of acne. I have tried everything from a variety of skin care products, diets, over the counter medications, etc. I read about the B5 online so went ahead and bought this. I first started with 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning after breakfast then 3 in the evening after dinner. After a week, I can already see the changes! Surprising! In week 2 I changed the dosage to 4 capsules per day. Hopefully, fingers crossed, my body adjusts and only needs one capsule a day as I’m not overdosing on supplements.

It’s been 2 weeks of use. my face is getting clearer, pimples heal quickly and no big breakouts. I am happy to be able to eat butter, cheese and cream now. I drink 6 grams a day for 2 weeks, now I’m on 4 grams. I will reduce to 1500, slowly to 500 grams. and oh i noticed my skin clearing up a bit, i’m not sure if that’s the effect of the B5.
