Oregano Oil (Origanum vulgare)(min. 55% Carvacrol) 0.2 ml., Fennel Oil (Foeniculum vulgare) 0.02 ml., Ginger Oil (Zingiber officinale) 0.02 ml.
Other ingredients:
Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, enteric coating, carob) and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times daily with food.
Warnings:

For the first reaction to this product I had little cramps and discomfort and oregano burps, do I recommend trying it? Yes it’s worth a try. awesome! I have some issues with my stomach and needed a way to balance my gut and it seems to do the job. I take it twice a day with my naturopath advice. be sure to take probiotics (a few hours apart) to restore the good bacteria in your stomach. I can see an improvement in my bowel actions. it is, however, very strong, so if it is part of your diet, be sure to eat after taking the pill. regular package.

These oregano oil capsules are wonderful as an intestinal support agent as they really help with any food poisoning or bacteria in the stomach. I take it at the first sign of a sniffle or a cough and it cuts it right off. Be careful, however, to take it on an empty stomach, otherwise it BURNS. My husband takes one daily during cold and flu season as a preventative but my doctor told me to only take it when I feel a cold coming on as it can affect someone’s thyroid. already has thyroid problems. (just putting it there in case anyone reading this has thyroid issues.)
