don’t like fish oil so I looked for one in capsules. This omega is awesome. Packaging quality is good, easy to open, all ingredients are listed. But the capsules are very big, so if you have a problem with them, this product will not be your favorite. The taste cannot be felt.

Since it is an herbal supplement, I had my doubts about its health benefits. It contains only ALA, while EPA and DHA from fish oil are considered more digestible. The body must convert ALA to EPA and DHA to digest, not 100% of it is converted. It also depends on an individual, so you have to try to see if it works for you. I opted for this because fish oil can contain ocean toxins (I don’t like the taste either). After a month of daily consumption, my lips and elbows weren’t so dry, which has been my problem during cold seasons. It’s been two months now, and I haven’t caught a cold yet , which is my other fall/winter problem. My diet doesn’t include many omega sources, like fish and seeds, and that hasn’t changed, so I think that’s the effect of this supplement. That said, these capsules are a little too big to swallow, as you can see in the photo. Overall, I’m happy with this product, but I’ll be looking for a herbal EPA and DHA supplement.
