find that by taking this supplement, my eyes don’t seem to get too tired when reading at night. I quit for a while and then I find reading at night isn’t as good. It shows that I benefited from taking it and shouldn’t stop.

It’s a good formula, but not great, because it only has 10mg of lutein and I prefer 20, and the price is a bit high for me, so either I buy a cheaper similar brand, or I buy just lutein alone. You can, however, take an extra capsule to get the 20mg of lutein. I like most Now supplements because they are high quality and reasonably priced. I’m just cutting expenses. How does it work ? I don’t notice any improvement in myopia, but I do notice protection against the effects of the internet on clear vision and less eye fatigue. But again, 20mg of lutein works best.

The quality is good, the packaging superb. It has lots of ingredients. However, as someone in front of the computer more than 10 hours a day, I think the 25mg blueberry extract is not enough. Next time I buy, I will try the other Ocu Support product if it is better.
