Good quality niacin. I only wish there were larger sized packages/containers as I am going through them quickly. Niacin and vitamin C are what I take 4-5 times a day for my rheumatoid arthritis and it has made me pain free and in remission. I read somewhere that the non-flush pill has better effect but I didn’t notice any difference and I prefer the non-flush one because the hot flashes are really annoying and uncomfortable in my opinion.

But my research on bioavailability led me to inositol hexanicotinate, and I find it to be the better, more soothing form (inositol)
