I was looking for a sublingual B12 in this dosage that wasn’t too large or expensive, and this one fits the bill. Only negative is in humid weather it absorbs moisture in pillbox I set my supplements in.

started taking this supplement due to lack of folic acid. So far I haven’t shown any side effects like niacin. Packing the bottle is quite simple, you just need to remove the seat belt and open the bottle. The size is quite good, as well as the quality of the ingredients and the taste. I take one of the pills after eating my snack and have noticed that it helps my metabolism and gives me energy. I’ve been taking it for 3 months now and I will say its potency is pretty good, I feel great and at the same time my nervous system is benefiting.

These Methyl B-12 lozenges caused a burning sensation in my mouth. I did not continue to use them because I was sensitive to one of the ingredients. I have used and will continue to I a different NOW Brand B-12 lozenge that I am not sensitive to. NOW Brand makes awesome supplements, thus one just isn’t for me.

The price is amazing for the amount you get. I always prefer the pellet version because of the ingredients (in this one you have more ingredients to make the taste good). The taste is a mix of cherry and banana and it’s good, I think even a child could take it (in taste, not to mention the dose).
