I take half a teaspoon half an hour before bedtime. It helped me fall asleep quickly. It’s part of my daily sleep regimen. This magnesium relaxes me. use magnesium citrate in capsules and was intrigued when I found the powdered version which seemed to have the same benefits. I must say that as long as it is taken as directed (mixed with cold water) it is of the same quality and helps my muscles post workout, but also my sleep and bowel movements, and I can avoid take unnecessary chemicals that come with the caps.

I take 1/2 tsp mixed in water at bedtime and sleep through the night (I’m 72). So much better than taking a heavy drug or a barbiturate! The taste is a little sweet, not unpleasant, although a little lumpy. It dissolves better if left a little in the water.

Good product! No added ingredients, which I love. I simply add it to water and drink it as needed when constipation is a problem. It has a little flavor but personally I don’t mind. I bet you wouldn’t even taste its flavor if added to juice.

I take 3 x 1/4 tsp at bedtime for my sleep. It helps me fall asleep quickly. I also increase my dose in the first two weeks of my cycle and it significantly reduces the hormonal symptoms before my period. I have had bowel issues for years. But by taking magnesium citrate and calcium citrate at a ratio of 2 mag:1 cal my bowels are now regular and normal.

I love that it’s pure magnesium citrate with no additives. It helps me relieve muscle aches, headaches and digestion (a higher dose acts as a laxative). I take it with water, but you have to be careful to stir it constantly while adding it, otherwise it gets lumpy. I mix it with potassium and vitamin C powders, the taste is pleasant.

This magnesium works great for constipation. I mix 2 tsp in unsweetened juice, at least 8-10 oz. and give it to my adult son on the autism spectrum and it works better than anything I’ve tried. I highly recommend this product if you also suffer from anxiety due to its calming effects.
