started taking magnesium glycinate on the recommendation of a friend to help with my poor sleep. The brand I usually buy was out of stock so I decided to try this one because it is highly rated and I saw many reviews saying it helps people sleep even though it does not contain magnesium glycinate. In my experience, this brand does not help my sleep at all, especially compared to pure magnesium glycinate. Indeed, when I looked, magnesium glycinate is the form that helps sleep the most. I don’t want to give this product a bad review because if you’re just lacking in magnesium this is probably the bottle for you but if you’re taking magnesium to help you sleep it’s probably best to take magnesium glycinate instead or take this additionally.

My chiropractor said everyone needs a different amount of magnesium so take it until you have diarrhea then no if you have too much Usually take gummies but just have them at hand

With magnesium it can be complicated because there are several kinds and each kind has a particular property. I like this product because it contains 3 types of magnesium (oxide, citrate and aspartate) with no offensive ingredients added. The caps are rather big but easy to swallow.
