Gelatin (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals.

My thyroid levels are still coming back great, but I still feel tired and depressed – but the L-Tyrosine has helped me feel so much better this time I bought the Extra Strength! I take one a day an hour before eating. I think it helps my mood and therefore my energy, by simply removing the negative side of my thoughts.
