   First of all, I buy this product to help me control my mood swings and dopamine deficiency. and I increased my focus so that my brain started overthinking. I recommend if you suffer from mood swings or depression not to use it, just buy L-Phenylalanine. It will help you a lot. Very good tasting and fast acting. No, I use it before bedtime. I hope you will learn from my experience before you lose your Monye. Be safe and happy..

   1 tablet helps me calm down without making me drowsy so I can take it during a stressful day. If I need it for sleep, I can adjust the dosage. The calming effect only lasts a few hours, but it gets the job done, and I preferred to take a non-habit forming supplement.

   It’s easy to ingest. You just have to chew it, swallow it and wait for the calming effects to occur. It has a mild fruity taste and is palatable. The chewables are rather small (about 1cm or less in diameter) so it doesn’t take up much space. It’s a good quality product that doesn’t break the bank. This would be a great start for someone looking to try L-theanine.

   A delicious chewable tablet that helps me stay calm. I think this product has enhanced my ability to switch off and block out external stresses that can occur in my daily life. I definitely recommend it to others who need help staying calm and stress free.

   This product has changed our lives! Our experience is with an ADHD family or with similar quirks (not sleeping due to anxiety, buzzing mind, emotional overflow at 6pm!). A health coach suggested it when his colleague finished clinical trials. It feels so natural, it works with 30 minutes and we go from a tight knot in my chest, melting/snapping and not facing…to perfectly able to handle, the knot in my chest dissolves and we all spend a pleasant evening together instead of shouting! Then we actually SLEEP! We take it in the afternoon around 4/5 p.m. I took it during the day with no drowsiness. My son also took it with ADHD meds if he’s on the verge of panicking – and he’s having a good normal day. Also clears brain fog. I can’t tell you how much we love it! I buy as often as I can and I stock up!

   There are many options for taking L-theanine, but I prefer this one. I use it when I get up at night to relax and go back to sleep. It’s much simpler than taking a capsule at that time. I keep it near the bed and it melts quickly. I have found it useful, convenient, and safe, although I take breaks in continued use, as I do with many supplements. Very affordable for a 90 day supply.

   Works well. Not like the other companies that make their product with Theanine but it does do the job. I would recommend it if you are looking for something alittle less expensive with the just about the same performance.

    I’ve been taking them for over a year now. They taste great and I like to suck on them without chewing them until they come apart. They help me relax and reduce my level of anxiety. The quality is excellent with clean ingredients. They are available in bottles of different sizes. I like their portability.

    This theanine is now the best quality anti-anxiety and anti-stress supplement. It should be taken sublingually on an empty stomach and you will feel much calmer within half an hour. The capsules have no taste. Combined with taurine and inositol, they have the best composition among all theanine supplements that would give you the most benefits. The package is small in size and of good quality. Suitable for vegetarian diet.

    I use these to help me sleep. I will take one before bed and then again if I am awake in the middle of the night. Sweetened with Xylitol so you don’t have to worry about the sugar sitting on your teeth at night!

    NOW L-Theanine is a quality product with good ingredients. The package is easy to open and close. They are chewable and taste good. I use it to help me relax and sleep better and I feel it relaxes my muscles and benefits my system.
