I read that it is good for the joints, I used it because recently I had discomfort in my feet when I wake up immediately which lasts 1-2 minutes. I tried for 1 week. I took one capsule daily. During this week, I slept almost all day. So I stopped it and went back to my normal activities, I don’t know if this happened to anyone else. But it didn’t suit me. It took very little time to tell whether it is effective or not.

My second favorite vegetable glucosamine and a great buy. Good to have a 1g size so you don’t swallow 2-3 horse pill size tablets/capsules. If you are allergic to shellfish and/or if you are a vegetarian, they are perfect. Not vegan unfortunately as the capsules are gelatin.

Very good and seems to work well, I feel better on this than the NOW one with MSM, the capsules are on the big side but ok to manage might be nicer if they could remove the magnesium stearate.

decided to buy it because glucosamine from seafood can trigger allergies. Ordered in April 2022, ‘Best By’ is listed as ’03/2024′. The bottle packaging is compact, but each capsule is 7/8 inches long, as shown in an image on the side of the bottle. Not tried yet. Giving 4* for now, and may change the review later.
