Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) (Bark), Mastic Gum Powder (Pistacia lentiscus) (Sap), natural Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) (Inner Leaf) (200:1), PepZin GI (Zinc-L-Carnosine Complex), Zinc (from PepZin GI)
Other ingredients:
Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule twice daily, with or without meals. Taking this product for at least eight weeks is recommended for best results.

I’ve been using it for about 2-3 weeks and my acid reflux and acid reflux symptoms have been reduced dramatically! I had an almost constant urge to cough and clear my throat and after using it I cough a maximum of 2-3 times a day which is a huge improvement over having to cough like once a day minute ! I love this product. Give it a try if you have the same issues. I think you won’t regret it.

wasn’t getting any relief from the medication prescribed by Dr. But in the end I quit it and took it twice a day and my gastritis and little haitus hernia subsided. I’m not suggesting others stop prescribed medications, but they just haven’t helped me. I’m on my second bottle. I’m going to finish it and see if I can reduce my dose to one a day and then maybe take it once in a while to avoid inflammation. I know stress causes my inflammation, so I also try to reduce that while taking probiotics for good gut health. I am also very careful about what I eat and drink, so as not to start all over again. Diet is important too. But I can’t recommend these little capsules highly enough. They really helped me.
