I have been taking this garlic 5000 and garlic oil for about two years now. Sounds like a good way to get allicin and allicin precursors and other garlic benefits without the breath or gas that comes with fresh garlic. (I still love garlic and eat it but not for medical reasons.) Over the past two years I have seen my cholesterol levels drop significantly. I can’t swear it’s because of those garlic products, but I believe they played a big role. Either way, Garlic 5000 is a keeper. Garlic is a great antioxidant product, I have tried a few different products but this one is the least smelly. I used to take 2 1500mg soft gels from the same brand, after a few hours of taking it I could still smell the garlic and I rushed so that’s great I think I’ll go there buy again.
