Hear me out, placebo effect or not, this thing WORKS (at least for me). I’ve been using Gaba for a while and really think it helps keep the mind focused and helps with anxiety. I recently discovered that too much GABA can give you anxiety, so that’s also something I’m controlling now. And when I feel good, I jump for a few days. Of course, follow what your doctors say.
