Other ingredients:
Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily.

The size of the tablets is perfect. I had read other reviews saying the capsule is large and it definitely isn’t. There is no taste and you will smell maple syrup. I started to smell the syrup after the second day of taking it. Not a bad thing, just something to know. I love it and it has become part of my morning routine.
