Excellent vitamins, but care must be taken for those with a folate gene breakdown, here Folic is in a poorly absorbed form in this case. Equally carefully, you must be those who have so much selenium in the body, like me, there is too much. The rest is great in my opinion.

Nice high dose of B vitamins and antioxidants and everything needed for women’s health at the right potency. The pills are sort of big in size so I would prefer the capsule form but these have an herb in them which is not good for breastfeeding which I do so I took them instead. I had used them years ago and wanted to try them again. In the end, however, I figured they might have reduced my milk supply due to the high B vitamin content, so I went back to my regular postnatal pill. I will take them after stopping breastfeeding.

now always a good quality supplement with good ingredients. However, I did not notice that this one contained soy which I am allergic to. But, my friend used them and said she felt more energy and it helped reverse some vitamin deficiencies that the doctor wanted her to take supplements for. Taste was ok, but just make sure to take it with food as it might cause stomach upset otherwise.

The size of the pill is actually big but you can break it to swallow it easily. No stomach problems observed after the first 2-3 days of consumption.
