seemed to give me more energy soon after I started. I’ve been dealing with fatigue from an as-yet-unknown illness for over two years, and I’m glad this seems to be helping me a bit. It was the best option I could find for bioavailability and %DV of a wide variety of nutrients. So these capsules deserve huge credits. If you use probotics and that, save your money and stick to that only. NOW’s Eve has definitely improved my “big V” health and my gut health. So I think this multivitamin also works as a probiotic or gut healer, but give it 2-3 weeks until you see results. The only downside to this is its very expensive; that’s why I had to give up those babies.

A wonderful composition in a well accepted form. I order a second box for me and mum 63g. Vitamins are quite large, in size, like omega, so for those who barely swallow the average capsule size – I do not advise! In general, the condition has improved. Mom especially felt this with her heavy physical loads – she completely stopped dozing during the day, in the morning she gets up before the sun ) ) I have more energy. So definitely – I recommend! These vitamins are great. More than likely your urine will be yellow. I take 2 daily and can tell a big difference by taking them. I love that there’s everything in one pill twice a day. Love it!

am a woman who trains and lifts weights regularly. I really like this MCT oil-based multivitamin, so it’s good for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. The only problem with these is that the pill size is too big. So be sure to wash it with plenty of water. I bought 3 bottles so far 😀

After taking this for a few days a noticed sever stomach pains. I thought that it was just the stomach virus but after a week and a half of the pains I realized that it had to be the vitamins because that is the ONLY thing that I have changed in my diet. I was really hoping for better results. Sorry that it didn’t work out.

am a woman who trains and lifts weights regularly. I really like these multivitamins because they are MCT oil based, so both are good for fat soluble vitamin absorption. The size of the pills are quite large, about 2.5cm long, but they are smooth so they go down easily. Eve multi for women has a little more – Vitamin C, E, K-1, K-2 – Folate – Iron – Magnesium – Potassium – Other special ingredients for women’s health Multi active sports for men has a little more – Vitamin B – Calcium – Copper – Chromium – Other special ingredients to increase energy Honestly, I don’t feel much difference taking these two, so pick whichever you prefer. I wish one day food would come out with an active women’s multi-sport!

This vitamin has everything you need. I have tried many brands and this one is the only one that does not cause stomach upset. I have even taken it on an empty stomach and had no issues. So glad I found this.
