I really need an acid free multiple and bought this because the C is non acid type which is great but then when I got them I realized there are other acid ingredients such as cranberry and acai berry. I took them for awhile but they did cause IC flare up so had to stop…sigh. They are really good though and I would recommend to women without the IC issue. I like that they are in a powder form (in capsules) as they would assimilate better than a hard pill and I did not mind that the dose is 4 per day.

They’re great as long as you know you’re getting a month’s supply. The serving size is four capsules. (I rarely take four). Good quality, bioavailable sources of B12 and magnesium. No iron. And if you’re looking for a truly vegan multi, this is a good option. Many people think they’re going vegan but don’t notice that vitamin A is retinal palmitate, or that D3 comes from cholecalciferol – these are animal sources. The added antioxidants and “super fruits” are negligible.

Once you go through menopause, you no longer need an iron-containing multi, so this is my top pick because it’s a women’s formula. Otherwise, I use the Alive multi iron free formula. Both are in capsule formulations.
