Recommended use:

Arrived quickly and as described. Ingredients Goldenseal and Echinacea are both beneficial herbs to keep on hand and have together for the occasional yeast infection or UTI. I have always loved NOW brand products. They have always provided high quality supplements and essential oils. The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow. I always do an allergy test before trying a new weed and open a cap and rub a little on my skin first then test a small amount on my tongue to see how it feels before consuming the product as stated.

Echinacea and goldenseal root are my favorites for seasonal colds and flus. Echinacea is great for boosting the immune system in acute infections and Goldenseal provides antimicrobial support. I find that if I dose at the higher end of the recommendation at the first sign of getting sick, I can often ward off more serious illness.
