Great supplement. I have been using it for about a year and have seen great results. It has also been very helpful in terms of improving my well-being. DIM has also helped me with severe migraines and fibromyalgia. It’s one of my favorite brands. I take 400mg 2 times a day. For most, 200mg is a good dose to take every day. You should take it regularly and not give up after a short time. The urine is orange in color, but I know that’s normal with DIM.

It started working immediately on the first day of use. My periods were less painful and my stools smelled terrible, but that was because of the toxins my body was eliminating.
