This bottle is made of enteric coated capsules, so no fishy burps, it does not dissolve in your gut, it will dissolve once it reaches your gut. I started with 1 gram of DHA, great benefits in 2 days, deeper and longer sleep, more peace, calm, clarity, energy, wellbeing, my body doesn’t feel more so stimulated and sensitive to things. Then I added 2 more soft gels, 2G total DHA in one day, and was skeptical, maybe I would get diminishing results with higher dose and it would be a waste, but I I was wrong, I felt a lot more improvement, so don’t skimp on your DHA.

This is 100% my all time favorite supplement of any I have taken in terms of how it has changed my life. I couldn’t believe that when taking these supplements there was absolutely no fishy taste. Omega 3 supplements usually give me fishy burps, but not these. The quality of the ingredients is what makes the product I believe. Double strength DHA content. Benefits brain, heart, joint health, helps reduce and recover from inflammation. The ingredients come from Peru, Morocco and China. I’m not too happy about it, but I was looking for DHA urgently and this one came up first before all the others. This served its purpose of increasing our DHA intake, but I have since found CARLSON LABS which I think is much better as all the ingredients are from a single source and wild caught in Norway . However, they cost more at 37 cents each. So if you’re on a tight budget, this will do. If you have a larger budget, go for CARLSON LABS.

If you are looking for high quality omega 3 this is a good option. The product is distilled, therefore free of PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals. Each capsule contains 750mg of omega 3 (500 DHA + 250 EPA) so I take at least 2 capsules a day as the minimum recommended dose is 1200mg/day for benefits. The optimal dose is 2000mg/day. I take one capsule after breakfast and another capsule after lunch. Some people suffer from insomnia when taking it at night, so I avoid taking it after dinner. Studies indicate that omega 3 thins the blood, so it is recommended to consult a doctor before taking blood thinners (ex: warfarin). Stop taking Omega 3 at least 2 weeks before any surgery and inform your doctor of this supplementation. I had diarrhea for the first few days. Now quality food, medium size, not cheap, less taste, less smell, good container and good packaging. Enjoy!

Now the brands are great quality at a good price. I love this product because it’s a great source of omega 3s and it has really helped my Hashimotos. My hair is growing back and my symptoms are improving because it has helped reduce my inflammation. The best part of this product is that there is no fishy taste when you burp.
