   I am an older vegan and the multiple I was taking was out of stock. So I looked for a replacement and discovered NOW Daily Vits. They are perfect for me because the dose is one dose per day. (My old multiple was four a day, but I only took one!) I’m confident that the quality of NOW is just as good (no bad aftertaste) and that they are much cheaper than the other brand.

   I’m happy with these. I bought them for my husband, but I also take them sometimes. This is the standard capsule size, which I find very nice! There’s no taste that I can tell, and the quality is decent, although as a woman of childbearing age, it’s not my daily vitamin.

   It is a very good vitamin and mineral supplement. The capsules are small and easy to take. Now Foods is a great brand, you can trust the quality. Taking these supplements ensures that I always get the vitamins I need, even when I’m not eating well – and most of us don’t eat well ALL the time.

   The quality of the pills is excellent. I took them until the end I finished the whole bottle. Helped me increase lost vitamins in my body. So their effect was effective on my body (need to do blood test to know if your body really need it or not.) They taste like other drugs

   There are many different multivitamins out there, ranging from expensive and potent with multiple pills to take to cheap and poor quality. This NOW Supplements Daily Vits is the perfect mix offering an affordable single multi-capsule made by a quality brand and covering a full spectrum of nutrients. I like it is a capsule that dissolves better. The various vitamins and minerals are well balanced and come from high quality sources such as TRAACS. The blend of natural fruits and vegetables added with lutein and lycopene is also a nice touch. For under $10 this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a basic, yet high quality multivitamin.

   I’ve been using this vitamin for 2 years and still can’t believe how effective it is. I drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and take it as recommended each day. It helps my skin to be healthier without any side effects.
