Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

This product is great for inflammation, but lacks black pepper extract to make it more potent and to help your body absorb nutrients. I wish it was not missing this active ingredient. However, it is easy and possibly cheaper to purchase black pepper extract separately and simply add it to a curcumin stack.

I’ve tried a bunch of different turmeric/curcumin supplements, and this one seems to work the best for me. The others I’ve taken seem to run through me without much noticeable difference. This one, I can feel the pain lessen. (I have fibromyalgia) It’s like taking ibuprofen, but so much better. And I’ve noticed for myself that it seems to help my stomach a lot too. When I take this daily, I don’t seem to have the same gut issues that I otherwise have, such as indigestion. I think the secret ingredient that makes it work is Meriva…it’s kind of a patented method of making curcumin more bioavailable, and like I said, it works a lot better for me than any other supplement of this type. It’s another type of expensive supplement, but it works so well that it’s definitely worth it because I can take just one and see results. The other formulas don’t seem to work very well, even when I take more.

I needed curcumin (phytosome) and took this one, as it was double the recommended dose by my orthopedist. I have a small tear and I don’t want to have an arthroscopy. Guess what! It works wonderfully! And it’s also for your cardiovascular health. I will order again.

These are wonderful! I take them as “nature’s ibuprofen” for inflammation and pain, and they help a lot. My joints appreciate! I’m curious how they get the curcumin to be bioavailable without pepper, but I trust this brand and the amount of third-party testing they pass with high marks.

take them as part of an anti-inflammatory diet, especially to relieve joint pain. Along with other supplements, I saw improvement, even though I had to take quite a high dose.
